After selecting and securing your desired artwork, we kindly request you to provide us with your delivery address via email. This will initiate our delivery process. We will notify you of the calculated delivery cost within 48 hours of receiving your address. 

 

Delivery Time Frame:
Please allow a delivery time frame of 7 days for the arrival of your artwork. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. For international deliveries, please note that delivery time frames will vary depending on the destination country.

For international returns, we kindly request that you cover the costs of return shipping, as well as any applicable customs duties, third-party handling fees, and governmental charges.

 

Inspection of Artwork:
We kindly request that you carefully inspect your artwork within 24 hours of receiving it. This allows you sufficient time to assess the condition of the piece and report any damage, if present.

 

Responsibility for Damage:

Please note that NADA Gallery cannot be held responsible for any damage reported after the 24-hour inspection period. It is essential to promptly notify us within this time frame to ensure that appropriate actions can be taken.
